Quotes and estimates provided by Southwest Pool Shades are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change following an on-site evaluation. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing by both parties.

We design, fabricate, and install custom pool shade sails and structures. Product specifications, colors, sizes, and availability may change without notice. Installed shade systems are intended for residential use and should be used as directed.
4. Warranties
Our shade cloth and structures are covered by the warranties described on our Warranties page. Warranty coverage is subject to the conditions stated there, including recommended care during high-wind conditions.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Deposits, balances, and accepted payment methods are arranged at the time of contract.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Southwest Pool Shades or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
